The massive amount of requirements for regulations, along with the standard of multiple yearly audits, led us to implement and maintain extremely high standards to ensure we exceeded the state and national level expectations for our clients. We formed an expansion unit to bring these same high standards to additional clients who may not be as heavily regulated but still deserve the best protection and services available.
Formed in 2013, our company provides technology services with a different mindset to small and medium sized businesses. We partner with clients on a business level so your goals become our goals and we work in the same direction. Our model is subscription based which allows us to focus on improvements and efficiency, not billable hours. We can tackle issues as they arise as well as suppress them before they cause any disruption.
The traditional (and dated) business model for an IT services company is to fix issues as they occur and put out fires. In this scenario, the service provider is hoping you experience issues because it keeps them in business. The more problems you have, the more hours they can bill. The service provider has no incentive to offer full solutions to any problem because solving the problem decreases their billable hours in the future. The client has to decide whether to invest money in preventative maintenance to avoid problems or perhaps save the money and hope the potential problems that could have been prevented do not affect them. This is not a decision that needs to be made with our subscription-based model, it's already covered. While no company can guarantee against unexpected issues, we aim to suppress as many as possible before they can affect your operations.
Our subscription-based structure allows both your company and our company to operate most efficiently. We can better manage and schedule resources in this model and you’re network is covered proactively without having to lift a finger. Additionally you can plan and budget our technology services with very little, if any, fluctuation.
We don’t believe in long term contracts, we work to earn your business every month. You should never feel "stuck" with a services provider. We are confident that happy clients are long term partners.
